Are you under 65 years of age?
To access the NDIS you must be younger than 65 at the time of the application.
Do you hold an Australian Residency?
To access the NDIS, you must live in Australia and be: An Australian Citizen A Permanent Resident Special Category Visa
Do you require support from another person or use special equipment for everyday tasks due to a permanent and significant disability?

Do you require supports now under the NDIS, you must
* Have a permanent disability or * Be a child aged less than 5yo with a permanent disability or significant delay and * You must provide evidence that receiving support now will help you reduce the impact and build your skill and independence.
